Thank you for your purchase of The Program. We want you to feel confident when testing our digital program. This page explains how refunds work for purchases made through Digistore24 — our authorized reseller and payment processor.

Summary

  • 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee: You may request a full refund within 60 calendar days from the date of purchase.
  • Seller: All payments are handled by Digistore24. Refunds are issued via the same payment method used at checkout.
  • Digital Access: After a refund is approved, access to the product and related files may be revoked.
  • This policy applies only to purchases of The Program made through Digistore24. If you purchased through another platform, please follow their refund procedures.

How to Request a Refund

Please choose one of the following options:

  1. Through Your Digistore24 Invoice: Open your Digistore24 confirmation email and click “Change Order” or “Contact Support” to request a refund directly.
  2. Through Digistore24 Support: Visit the Digistore24 Support Page and provide your order number, purchase email, and product name (The Program).
  3. Through Our Support: Email us at ticamendonca1@gmail.com with your full name, order number, and purchase email. We will coordinate the refund with Digistore24.

Refund Window

  • Refunds are available within 60 calendar days from the purchase date.
  • Requests submitted after this period are generally not eligible.
  • Statutory consumer rights (e.g., EU/UK withdrawal rights) remain unaffected.

Covered Cases

  • The Program (digital guide and related files) purchased via Digistore24.
  • Duplicate purchases of the same product (after verification by Digistore24).

Not Covered

  • Purchases made outside Digistore24 or from unauthorized sellers.
  • Orders suspected of fraudulent or abusive activity (e.g., repeated refund patterns or redistribution of files).
  • Third-party tools or services that are not part of your Digistore24 order.

Digital Access After Refund

Because our product is delivered digitally, access may be revoked after a refund is issued. Please delete any local copies once the refund is completed.

Processing Time & Method

  • Refunds are issued by Digistore24 using the original payment method.
  • Once approved, refunds may take 3–10 business days to appear in your account (depending on country and bank speed).
  • Currency conversions and bank fees are outside our control.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback, your order may be temporarily blocked during the investigation. Please contact ticamendonca1@gmail.com or the Digistore24 Support Team first so we can resolve your issue faster.

EU/UK Withdrawal Rights

If you are located in the EU or the United Kingdom, you may have a statutory 14-day withdrawal right unless you consent to immediate access to digital content. Our 60-day guarantee is an additional voluntary benefit.
